Måns Zelmerlöw, the victorious singer at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest, has revealed that he will bring his European tour to both London and Dublin during this coming September.

The gig in Ireland will be held at Dublin's Olympia Theatre on September 22nd, while his British date has been confirmed two days later at London's Heaven. Tickets for the events go on sale from 9am on Friday, June 26th.

A longstanding ambition was realized when Måns represented Sweden singing Heroes, winning the Contest with a resounding 365 points. Since then, the song has graced many European charts and has made the singer a household name in countries across the Continent.

His victory is the pinnacle of a lengthy chapter of change and development in his working life. He embarked on a solo career in 2007, putting in a notable effort at the national Swedish song contest called Melodifestivalen. He achieved third place with Cara Mia - which became his debut chart topper in Sweden - and this was quickly followed by his first album Stand By For. Much touring ensued - along with a stint as a member of the cast of Footloose - after which his second long player was released. 2009's MZW included Hope and Glory, another well-received Melodifestivalen attempt at Eurovision .

For a short period thereafter, Måns focused on his television work, but then decided to travel to Spain in order to put together his fifth studio album Barcelona Sessions, with its discernible influence of the styling proffered by such artists such as Bryan Adams and Coldplay.

Heroes, however, is included on his album Perfectly Damaged  which was released in early June. Måns has expressed his excitement and gratitude at the opportunity to perform his latest music to all of his fans across the Continent this coming Autumn. He comments that '...it's going to be amazing meeting all the heroes across Europe.'
