Måns Zelmerlöw may have won the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest for Sweden, but the real litmus test of victory is how the public across the world vote with their hard-earned cash.
It's not only the victor who can induce people to part with their money, but some of the also-rans too - if they're lucky. Consequently, the music charts across the world become the barometer of what was truly popular at Eurovision.
So, here's a snapshot of the chart positions of some of the 2015 entries (correct at the time of publication):

- Sweden | #5 (Previously peaked at #1)
- Switzerland | #1
- United Kingdom | #11 (The midweek update puts the song at #39, meaning that it will have dropped out of the Top 40 by Sunday).

Three other Eurovision-related songs managed to make their marks across Europe, albeit in relatively lowly positions. Switzerland's chart, home to several Eurovision entries, saw Aminata's Love Injected scrape in at #74 while Spain's effort, Amanecer by Edurne, returned to its national chart at #12, having previously peaked at #3.
Finally, last year's winner Conchita Wurst, reappeared in the Austrian chart at #52 with the single You Are Unstoppable, far off its original peak of #13.
It appears the success rate of songs in 2015 will not match their predecessors of the last few years . In fact, the UK Number 11 entry of Sweden's winning song has already failed to match the Number 3 high of Loreen's victorious entry from 2012, Euphoria.
The elation and celebration of the 60th edition has not translated into huge singles sales across the Continent, it seems.
